Ulian J Pérez was born in one of the poorest provinces of Argentina, Rivadavia Banda Norte, specifically Morillos. At 18 months old, his body unable to resist the continuing lack of food and health insecurity of where he happened to be born. He died from septic shock due to Severe Malnutrition last Friday 28 January.
That same week, another child died in Sachapera Wichí, community joined in a matter of days mourning for the second of his children died of child malnutrition: Leandro Arias, 1 year and 8 months, who died on Thursday February 3. One of his sisters continues today admitted for the same reason. His father, an Argentine and a citizen of a country that is power food for the world, said: "When I
